Refund policy

Terms & Conditions for Products on Sale

  • Exceptions: Festive Sale items are non-returnable and not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
  • Products offered under a 100% sale promotion are not eligible for any additional discounts or offers; no other discounts may be combined with these orders.
  • Telos reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject or refuse the return or replacement of any product.
  • Replacement requests will only be accepted in cases of size issues, and will be processed after the Telos team verifies photos and/or videos provided by the user to confirm the concern.
  • A courier charge of ₹100 will be applicable for any return or replacement request.

Returns/exchange Policy

  • We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Additionally, it may take 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.
  • Products with manufacturing defects can be exchanged within 30 days. Exchanges will be credited to you as a voucher of equivalent purchase value, subject to verification and approval by the Telos Quality Team.
  • For returns, pickup attempts will be made twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment after these attempts, the return request will be cancelled.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payments must be made to the delivery person before accepting the product. Returns for COD orders made within 7 days will be refunded in the form of a voucher, which will be emailed to the registered email address or sent via SMS to the registered phone number. This voucher can be redeemed for future purchases on our website.
  • Products purchased under special offers, such as Christmas, New Year, or other seasonal discounts, are eligible for returns only in the form of store credit. The store credit will be equivalent to the amount paid for the product during the offer period and can be used for future purchases on our website. Refunds to the original payment method or in cash are not applicable for such purchases.
  • Please ensure that returned product(s) are in the same condition as they were shipped, with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • For prepaid orders (online payments made on our website), refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Kindly allow up to 7 days from the time of processing for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Refunds via bank transfer are only applicable for prepaid orders made through our website.

  • TELOS reserves the right, at its discretion and without prior notice, to change the products or categories to which this policy applies.
  • Important Notes:
  • Returns will only be accepted from the registered delivery address.
    Exchange requests for defective products are subject to verification by the Telos Quality Team.

Refunds For Lefties Products

Any items purchased during LEFTIES or any such promotions campaign, such orders will not be eligible for any returns.

Self-shipping Of Orders For Returns:

  • In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up due to unforeseen conditions, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to the address: Telos Fashion, Gala No 101 and 102,1st Floor, Building No 3, Shiv Shankar Complex Np Ii, Waliv Village, Vasai East, Palghar, Maharastra, Thane Mumbai - 401208.
  • Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number are mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

Terms And Conditions:

  • Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.
  • If you have received an SMS or EMAIL of order delivered status and if it's not received by you, please email or contact us within 24 hours. email: support@telosfashion.com
  • The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
  • In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via our mail support@telosfashion.com
    with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.
  • Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
